Swedish Police Bust ‘Arab’ Teens During Gang Rape at Malmo Playground

Police in Sweden arrested five foreign males who were allegedly engaged in a gang rape at a playground last weekend, according to reports.

The horrifying attacked unfolded at around 11 p.m. on Saturday night in the culturally-enriched city of Malmö.

Officers interrupted a sexual assault in progress at Kungsparken in central Malmö, Expressen reports.

“The police were there on routine patrol and then found these people behaving in a deviant manner and stopped this crime,” said police spokeswoman Sara Andersson.

Five suspects, described as ‘Arab’ by Swedish media, were later taken into custody under suspicion of gang rape.

“Five young men between the ages of 15 and 18 have now been arrested for the crime,” Fria Tider reports.

“Four of them have citizenship in Syria and one is registered as stateless.”

The victim was identified as an adult female.

All of the suspects reportedly deny any wrongdoing.

“We will hear from the people concerned and are now carrying out a series of technical analyzes to review the sequence of events,” District Attorney Kristina Amilon said in a press release.

An investigation is ongoing.
