InfoWars host pleads guilty in Capitol riot case

Hundreds of people have been charged for storming the halls of Congress to protest the results of the 2020 election

InfoWars host Owen Shroyer has pleaded guilty to illegally entering a restricted area during the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, acknowledging he took part in the chaotic scene while maintaining that he never set foot in the building.

Shroyer accepted the guilty plea in a legal filing published on Friday, agreeing that he breached multiple closed-off sections of the Capitol grounds alongside InfoWars chief Alex Jones, a misdemeanor offense. He is said to have rallied other rioters during the incident, and at one point stood atop the Capitol steps to lead the crowd in chants.

While the conspiracy-minded commentator initially said he attempted to deescalate the situation, prosecutors rejected that argument, noting that Shroyer was heard shouting “death to tyrants” and calling for revolution while at the Capitol.

Shroyer’s defense also maintained that he had traveled to the event as a journalist, and that the government was violating his constitutional right to “protest, speak freely and report the news.”

“The First Amendment permits and protects the rights of individuals to assemble and engage in demonstrations that confront and criticize the government, even when those demonstrations become rowdy or unruly,” defense attorney Norm Pattis wrote.

The prosecution similarly dismissed that reasoning, saying Shroyer’s “claimed status as a journalist does not immunize him from criminal prosecution.”

The case against Shroyer was unique in light of a previous deferred prosecution deal in a separate case, related to a 2020 incident in which he interrupted a congressional hearing. Under the agreement, he pledged not to use “loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol grounds.”

While Shroyer still awaits his sentencing, trespassing on a restricted building or grounds can carry a penalty of up to one year behind bars, without aggravating factors.

Host of ‘The War Room With Owen Shroyer,’ the pundit is the number-two on-screen personality at InfoWars, alongside longtime conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who has not faced any charges over the January 6 riot. Both have alleged widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, claiming the race was stolen from former President Donald Trump.

More than 1,000 people have been arrested and charged in relation to the Capitol riot, leading to around 600 guilty pleas and 100 convictions, according to the Justice Department. Those facing legal consequences range from militia members accused of conspiracy, to so-called ‘MAGA Moms’ whose only crimes involved walking into the Capitol to snap selfies.

CDC Liar Walensky Knew Fake Vaccines Didn’t Stop Infections in January 2021 But Still Told Americans ‘Vaccinated People Do Not Carry the Virus’, Email Reveals

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky knew that Covid vaccines did not stop infections in January 2021 but continued to claim they did and promote policies based on it, a newly released email reveals.

In the email dated January 30th 2021, Walensky says that then-Chief Medical Advisor Anthony Fauci and then-NIH Director Francis Collins were also aware of the situation.

She wrote: “I had a call with Francis Collins this morning and one of the issues we discussed was that of vaccine breakthroughs. This is clearly an important area of study and was specifically called out this week here.”

“Francis is also discussing with Tony [Fauci],” she added.

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a Professor of Medicine at Stanford University, called it a “stunning FOIA revelation”. “Walensky knew about vax ‘breakthrough’ infections in January 2021. So did Tony Fauci. They continued to push vax mandates anyway,” he wrote on Twitter.

Dr. Bhattacharya also criticised the heavy redaction of the email, obscuring the entirety of Walensky’s explanation of her understanding of the issue, as it “is not a classified email”.

Dr. Bhattacharya retweeted a clip from March 29th 2021, two months after the email was sent, posted by Dr. Kevin Bass in which Walensky tells MSNBC that “vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick”.

March 29, 2021. Rochelle Walensky, Director of CDC, infamously declared on MSNBC: “Vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick.”

New emails obtained by FOIA from Jan 30, 2021 now show that Walensky knew this was a lie at the time she said it.

Dear Climate Gremlin: We are still here

Yesterday five years ago, Greta Thunberg predicted climate change would “wipe out all of humanity unless we stop using fossil fuels over the next five years.”  We didn’t stop using fossil fuels and we have not been “wiped out.”  So, users took to Twitter to celebrate, or otherwise, Greta Thunberg Day.

“Tomorrow all of humanity will be wiped out, according to Greta Thunberg,” Dr. Eli David tweeted out his warning the night before the end of Thunberg’s world.  But he was not the first to alert the world, David’s tweet was the day after Matt le Tissier’s tweet: “The countdown is on. See you on the other side folks!”

So their readers had time to prepare, Western Standard also gave an early warning: “DOOMSDAY: Five years ago, Greta Thunberg said the world would end Wednesday.”

Alan woke up to the calamity on the day: “I seem to remember today was the day the world was going to end according to Greta.  Well, if it’s going to happen, now would be a really good time, so I don’t have to pay my dentist bill.”

Trumplicans2024 tweeted: “Hey Greta, could I get an exact time for the ‘wiping out of humanity’ today …  I got things to do and need to plan the rest of the day …” Thunberg didn’t respond.

However, Martin Daubney knew the exact time: “Enjoy your final minutes, because, according to Greta Thunberg and her ‘top climate scientist’ humanity will be ‘wiped out’ at 11.18 am today, because we didn’t stop using fossil fuels five years ago …”

Sandy Tregent tweeted: “Well, I got to the seal sanctuary today, and the beach, and Helford River. Thought I’d cram it all in before the world ends like little Greta predicted.”

“To be fair to Greta,” Toby Young tweeted, “she doesn’t claim this is our last day on earth. Only that it will be too late as of tomorrow to do anything about the climate apocalypse because we haven’t stopped using fossil fuels. But something tells me the ‘point of no return’ will be pushed forward, as it always is.”

Catturd tweeted: “I’m sorry to say – all humanity has been wiped out today according to Greta Weirdo. But at least the climate cult keeps their perfect record of ZERO predictions coming true ever.”

Walkabout set the record straight just in case there was any doubt: “I’m still here Greta.”  Meanwhile, Liz Churchill explained how Thunberg could have got it so wrong: “That stupid WEF child … Greta Thunberg … was paid 5 years ago to say we would all be dead today. Lol.”

Armstrong Economics provided insight on some other climate change spending: “Climate change has become the ultimate tool for governments to funnel money.”

Jedi 2 showed some sympathy: “I feel sorry for the Climate Gremlin, but unfortunately her comments about the world ending today if we didn’t stop using fossil fuels, didn’t come true! If it makes her feel better, none of the other predictions have ever come true either!”

Paul Golding had some advice: “Time you got a boyfriend Greta and stopped peddling doom and gloom.”

NHS Whistleblower: ‘We were ordered to “Euthanise” Patients to falsely increase ‘Covid’ Death Counts while Hospitals were Empty’…

An NHS whistleblower, who wishes to remain anonymous, has come forward with allegations that the NHS hospitals were not overwhelmed during the Covid-19 pandemic, as was reported by authorities and the mainstream media.

The whistleblower also confirmed that the little care given throughout the pandemic amounted to negligence, and that the government and NHS bosses essentially instructed staff to let people die, or in some cases kill them through the ‘End of Life Care’ programme and falsely label the deaths as being due to Covid-19.

This individual referred to as Dr. John, has worked in minor injuries and illness centres as well as in a primary care role throughout the pandemic.

Dr. John claims that he has “seen this mess evolve from the very beginning of the pandemic” and that hospitals were actually extremely quiet and almost empty during the first lockdown.

“I used to see an average of 20 patients per day, that dropped to 1 – 2 patients during the first lockdown. I have even witnessed an elderly lady with horrific broken bones come into the hospital three weeks after her accident as she was too scared of catching coronavirus to visit the hospital sooner. In the end, the pain overcame the fear.

“I have also assessed people with chest pains in their homes who would not go for further assessment as they were so scared of ‘the virus’ they would rather chance a heart attack than the infection or the loneliness of going to the hospital alone.”

NHS statistics certainly back up Dr John’s claims.

We examined the data for A&E attendance in the months of April (Lockdown 1) and November (Lockdown 2) for 2020 and compared this with April and November in 2018 and 2019 which showed A&E attendance during the first lockdown was 57% down on the previous year, and A&E attendance during lockdown 2 was 31% down on the previous year.

The Social Credit Nightmare is NOW on your Street

Most people don’t believe that the nightmare of social credit is coming.

But it’s here. And it’s already well established.

Today, I received a copy of a newspaper called the Sidmouth Herald for 16th June 2023.

The front page splash headline reads: ‘Not Kind or Inclusive’.

And the horrifying story on page three tells of Sidmouth College in Sidmouth, Devon where parents are claiming that their children are being excluded from their prom at the end of this month.

Apparently, some pupils have been told they can’t attend their class prom because they haven’t accumulated enough ‘praise points’.

Pupils get ‘praise points’ in five categories: being ready to learn, enabling others to learn, treating the environment and others with respect, working to the best of their ability and fulfilling their responsibilities.

‘Praise points’ are apparently awarded by staff as a reward for ‘positive behaviour’.

One parent said: ‘This has caused emotional harm and it is not kind and inclusive to these children banned from the prom’.

You’re not kidding!

The scheme is, it is alleged, used to control the pupils’ behaviour throughout the year.

I can see no difference between this scheme and the social credit scheme as practised in China.

We have started down the slippery slope.

Big Brother is alive and well and keeping score.

Biden Admin REWARDS School Lockdown Champion With Homeland Security Role

The Biden administration has appointed the person who pushed hardest for schools to remain closed during the pandemic to a new position within the Department of Homeland Security.

As Fox News reports, Randi Weingarten, the controversial head of the American Federation of Teachers union, will be one of the new members of a Homeland Security Academic Partnership Council.

The newly formed council “will provide strategic and actionable recommendations to the Secretary on campus safety and security, improved coordination, research priorities, hiring, and more,” according to the DHS.

The DHS claims the council will “support our mission to safeguard the American people, and help our country think through and prepare for whatever threats lie ahead.”

Weingarten recently attempted to rewrite history, claiming that she spent every waking day during the pandemic trying to open schools, despite the fact that her union aggressively pushed for lockdowns at the local level, and lobbied to keep them in place.

Furthermore, Weingarten has no experience in security, so the appointment is even more baffling.

Randi Weingarten has gone from dictating the CDC’s school reopening guidance to now advising the Department of Homeland Security on how to keep students safe.

Randi should have NO role in the government.

Few Americans have done more damage than Randi Weingarten. She put politics & powerful interest groups over kids and pushed school lockdowns that led to the worst learning loss in decades.

So of course, the Biden administration is giving her a promotion.https://t.co/eLD90wa6GT

Sweden Ditches Renewable Energy Targets in Latest Blow for Unreliable and Inefficient Technology

The Swedish Government has ditched its targets for “100% renewable energy” supply amid a shift back to nuclear power in the latest blow for the unreliable and inefficient technology.

Announcing the new policy in the Swedish Parliament, the Finance Minister Elisabeth Svantesson said: “This creates the conditions for nuclear power. We need more electricity production, we need clean electricity and we need a stable energy system.”

Environmental campaign group Net Zero Watch has welcomed the move, saying the Swedish decision is “an important step in the right direction, implicitly acknowledging the low quality of unstable wind and solar, and is part of a general collapse of confidence in the renewable energy agenda pioneered in the Nordic countries and in Germany”.

Sweden remains committed to “100% fossil-free” energy provision, but the change means it now sees nuclear power as critical to achieving it.

Sweden can “afford to reject fossil fuels, relying on nuclear and hydro and biomass”, Net Zero Watch suggests. But the U.K. should go further, since in “substantial industrialised economies… only a gas to nuclear pathway is viable to remain industrialised and competitive”.

Others have suggested that burning vast amounts of biomass i.e., wood is not really more ecologically friendly and lower-emission than burning the much more energy-dense fuels of gas and coal. Further objections to biomass and other fossil fuel alternatives include that lowering carbon dioxide emissions is not really a worthwhile goal for an individual country or globally as the potential harms of the gas are uncertain and exaggerated and the benefits overlooked.

Dr. John Constable, Net Zero Watch’s Energy Director, said that “living close to Russia focuses the mind”, and the Swedish people wish to “ground their economy in an energy source, nuclear, that is physically sound and secure, unlike renewables which are neither”.

Oh – they’re using Fahrenheit again (sounds more scary): ‘New heatwave to roast Britain – charts turn black in 92F blast.’ Wow, oh no. Ahhhh! 15-minute cities, I say

Weather maps have turned a radioactive orange and black ahead of the weekend as forecasters anticipate sweltering temperatures above 30C. The Met Office has triggered health alerts for much of the UK and has warned Britons to take care as the scorching heat looms. While the agency has predicted that temperatures could crack official heatwave parameters, the uncomfortable highs may not last long.

In its latest update, the forecasters said that central and southern England could become the first regions to experience an official heatwave this year.

Chris Almond, the Met Office Deputy Chief Meteorologist, said that, after Thursday’s widespread thundery, wet weather, the country would transition to a “more typical weather pattern” over the weekend.

Mr Almond said Saturday would hit the high 20C range, remaining largely pleasant.

Brian Gaze, chief forecaster and founder of The Weather Outlook said temperatures could rise to 28C.

Sweden Wins With Lowest Pandemic Mortality in Europe, BBC Analysis Shows

Sweden, having famously refused to follow the world in imposing lockdowns and mask mandates in 2020, had the best Covid pandemic record in Europe, a new analysis by the BBC shows.

The U.K., meanwhile, had one of the worst over the three years from March 2020 to February 2023.

The new analysis, released to coincide with Chief Medical Officer Sir Chris Whitty giving evidence to the Covid Inquiry, focuses on all-cause mortality and adjusts for the age profile in each country to take into account underlying factors that affect death rates. It finds that over the three years to February 2023, the U.K.’s death rates “went up by more than 5%, which is more than France, Germany and Spain (all up between 3% and 4.5%), but by less than Italy’s (up more than 6%)”.

The BBC quotes Edinburgh anthropologist Professor Devi Sridhar arguing that the success of the U.K.’s vaccination campaign meant its outcomes improved in the second year of the pandemic. The accumulation of natural immunity, deaths being brought forward and the mild Omicron winter of 2021-22 go unmentioned as factors in the low mortality of that 12-month period, however.

Prof. Sridhar then claims that in the pandemic’s third year, death rates rose in many countries as they opened up again – a truly bizarre statement. The ‘third year’ refers to the period March 2022 to February 2023. The U.K. removed its last restrictions in July 2021. Blaming excess deaths after March 2022 on reopening is plain nonsense when the country had already been fully open for seven months. Where’s BBC Verify when you need it?

Responding to Sweden’s success, Prof. Sridhar commented that it’s hard to read straight across from Scandinavian countries to the U.K., arguing “we’d never look like either Sweden or Norway”, and describing them as “healthier, wealthier and more equal” countries that are very different to the U.K. Right. So, the U.K. would have had a disaster of Fergusonian proportions had it failed to impose stay-at-home orders and mask coercion on the population. But Sweden is populated entirely by rich, athletic socialists so could get away with it. That’s anthropology, I guess.
