Size, population, GDP: The BRICS nations in numbers

Officials from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa gather in Johannesburg on Tuesday for a three-day BRICS summit, a five-nation club comprising 40% of the world’s population and more than 25 percent of global GDP that positions itself as an economic counterweight to the West. Almost 15 years on from the group’s founding, FRANCE 24 takes a look at the BRICS nations in numbers and their relative weight in the global economy.

Eris Fake Vaccine Marketing Hits Germany, Complete With Panic About a Nonexistent August ‘Covid Wave’ Ripped From British and American Headlines

We will not be free of the virus until we are free of the vaccinators.

The leftist Die Tageszeitung newspaper on August 17th: ’New German wave: The new Covid variant Eris has arrived in Germany. Concerns about a new wave are growing – but the country is not well prepared

The pandemic is over, but the virus is still dangerous: Reports of the new variant EG.5.1 seem to confirm this analysis. EG.5.1 (Eris) has been considered a ‘variant of interest’ since August 9th. According to the WHO, the phenotype does not differ fundamentally from other Omicron lineages and does not require special public health measures…

With the announced end of the pandemic, virtually all mandated protective measures have been lifted in Germany. The most important instrument in the fight against COVID-19 is thus the immunisation of the population through infection or vaccination.

Das Erste, state media, on August 19th: ‘Covid variant ‘Eris’: How dangerous is the new mutation EG.5?

The World Health Organisation has upgraded the new Covid mutation EG.5. This variant, called ‘Eris’, now belongs to the ‘variants of interest’. …

As WHO Covid expert Maria Van Kerkhove explained in Geneva on Wednesday, more severe outcomes have not been observed with Eris, but vaccination confers less protection than with other virus variants. …

Even though the new variant is unlikely to cause severe disease, the [German vaccine regulatory authority] STIKO still recommends getting vaccinated – above all to avoid possible long-term consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infection and to protect employees in medical and nursing care.

n-tv, a subsidiary broadcaster of RTL, on August 18th: ‘The number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise

The pharmaceutical company Moderna has announced that its updated Covid vaccine according to an initial study is effective against the Eris sub-variant. The company now expects to launch the new vaccine in time for the autumn vaccination season. Approval from vaccine regulators however is still pending.

Moderna, like vaccine manufacturers Novavax and Pfizer, has developed versions of its vaccines with BioNTech SE that target Eris subvariants. Shortly before, the pharmaceutical company Pfizer had reported that its revised vaccine had been effective against Eris in a study with mice. …

South Africa court orders covid vaccine contract to be made public and US court rules manufacturer and hospitals liable for Remdesivir injuries

Results of contaminated DNA in Pfizer’s covid injections have been replicated and confirmed.  This is just one of many dangers of injecting synthetic DNA into humans.

Vaccine victims of the first bout of covid injections is being ignored while corporate media ramps up the fear to get people to roll up for another round.  The corporate media hype from the UK and USA about a new covid variant has now infected corporate media in Germany.

A high court in South Africa orders the government to make covid “vaccine” contracts and related documents public.

Families of four people who died from covid are suing EcoHealth Alliance for funding and releasing a bioweapon known to be capable of causing

A judge ruled in Michigan that the manufacturer of remdesivir and the hospital that used it are not protected by law if a patient is injured by its use.

A true account of covid in Israel:  In the imaginary world of Haklai et al. nothing ever goes wrong, as far as covid is concerned. There is no misclassification of deaths, there are no biases that distorts estimates of vaccine effectiveness, and there are no deaths due to the disruption of normal life. Too bad their data provide evidence to the contrary.  Read more HERE.

The vax-gene files; have the regulators approved a trojan horse?  Kevin McKernan’s results – for the Pfizer covid “vaccine” – have now been independently verified by a number of internationally recognised laboratories confirming both the presence and levels of DNA contamination across different vials and batches.

Levels of DNA contamination in the Pfizer BNT162b2 product came in around 18-70 times over the limits set by regulatory authorities. These levels of contamination have also been confirmed independently. Subsequent experiments suggest that most of the DNA contamination is fragmented, which is by no means benign.

We have DNA, which is mostly packaged in LNP designed to travel all over the body and enter cells, delivering it’s genetic cargo like a trojan horse. Some of this DNA may contain the SV40 promoter sequence – the one known to make a beeline to the nucleus and turn on gene expression. McKernan states an obvious concern, “If (the SV40 promoter) becomes integrated into the genome it will turn on gene expression wherever it lands. If this happens to be an oncogene (a cancer-causing gene), you’ve got problems.”

This, dear reader, is only one of the many possible adverse effects from injecting synthetic DNA into humans.  Read more HERE.

Vaccine victims with no voice: While the pharma companies and medical authorities have profited from every dose of covid “vaccine,” the injections have injured countless people irreparably and destroyed the lives they knew.  The media will not give voice to these injured whose ranks grow daily.  Here we share some of their stories. Read more HERE.

Covid mRNA vaccine injury treatment: Curcumin (turmeric) blocks spike protein (combine it with bromelain), treats myocarditis, and has anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing and anti-cancer properties. Dr. William Markis has written about mRNA vaccine treatments: NATTOKINASEQUERCETINN-Acetyl CYSTINE (NAC)OLIVE LEAFBLACK SEED/NIGELLA, BROMELAIN and 3-DAY FASTING.  Now he writes about curcumin.  Read more HERE.

Menstruation Isn’t Just a Women’s Issue, Say Lib Dems

The Liberal Democrats are to discuss a policy highlighting the impact of menstruation on trans and non-binary individuals, pushing for accessible period products and inclusive menstrual education. The Telegraph has the story.

Menstruation is “not just a women’s issue”, Liberal Democrat activists have said in a motion chosen to be debated at their party conference next month.

Sir Ed Davey’s party will vote on a policy proposal that insists period poverty is an issue that affects “some trans and non-binary people” in addition to biological women.

An agenda published by the Liberal Democrats for their annual gathering in Bournemouth includes a motion on period poverty which is to be debated on September 23rd.

The document states: “Conference notes that… menstruation is not just a women’s issue, and also affects some trans and non-binary people.

“Conference believes that period products are a human right, not a luxury; nobody should experience period poverty; England’s current free period product provision is not fit for purpose; [and] it is in everyone’s interests for stigma around periods to be addressed.”

The motion proceeds to call on the Government to introduce a right for people to access a choice of free period products, place a duty on councils and schools to make period products freely available and introduce “comprehensive education on periods… to ensure an appreciation for the lived experience of menstruation”. …

In a webpage on the Liberal Democrat website entitled ‘transphobia’, the party reiterates its support for people being able to self-identify as their preferred gender without a medical certificate.

“Trans people may describe themselves using one or more of a variety of terms. Trans people are not required to have undergone any medical or social transition to be considered trans,” it says.

Why Are US Tax Dollars Still Flowing to Animal Testing Labs in China?

In May, the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) did something extraordinary. The agency quietly scrubbed the Wuhan Institute of Virology from its list of pre-approved labs that can receive U.S. tax dollars to conduct animal testing.

The Wuhan lab is, of course, noteworthy because an abundance of evidence suggests it’s likely the source of SARS-CoV-2.

That the Wuhan lab was receiving millions of dollars from the NIH to conduct risky research on coronaviruses helps explain why the U.S. government worked so hard to convince people that COVID-19 was of natural origin. It also explains why NIH would erase the Wuhan lab from its list of labs that can receive funding—without even issuing a press release.

Unfortunately, the NIH’s damage control isn’t just too late. It’s also far too little.

White Coat Waste Project—the organization that exposed that the NIH was funding the gain-of-function research of the Chinese lab researcher reportedly believed to be “patient zero”—recently noted that dozens of other Chinese laboratories that conduct animal testing remain eligible to receive U.S. tax dollars.

“Shipping taxpayer dollars to animal testing labs run by our foreign adversaries is a recipe for disaster,” White Coat Waste Project senior vice president Justin Goodman said in a statement. “Over 70 percent of taxpayers—Republicans and Democrats alike—oppose this reckless spending.”

There’s a reason Americans overwhelmingly oppose taxpayer funding for animal testing. The practice is ethically questionable and often gruesome.

In 2021, CBS reported on a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs program that funded experiments on healthy cats, including a procedure called a “head implant” that involved researchers “drilling holes” into the skulls of cats “to test for sleep patterns.”

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, these grisly experiments caught the attention of federal lawmakers, including Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst (R), who says more than $1 billion of federal funds have been spent on animal testing programs and other projects in China and Russia alone.

Ms. Ernst is one of a bipartisan group of lawmakers looking to end this funding with the Accountability in Foreign Animal Research (AFAR) Act.

“The AFAR Act will guarantee not another penny will be spent subsidizing crazy and dangerous experiments, like putting cats on a treadmill or enhancing bat coronaviruses in Russia and China ever again,” says Ms. Ernst.

Ms. Ernst is right, and the AFAR Act is a step in the right direction. But the problem goes beyond tax dollars.

Health bosses create guidebook to common British sayings for foreign medics because they don’t understand terms such as ‘feeling sick’, ‘need the loo’ and ‘botch job’

Overseas nurses are struggling to understand common British phrases like ‘feeling sick’ or ‘I need the loo’, health union guidance suggests.

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) has issued a guide for foreign-trained nurses explaining 50 common sayings or expressions.

A patient telling a foreign trained nurse they were ‘feeling under the weather’ could create an ‘obstacle when assessing a patient’s health and wellbeing’, the union said.

It comes at a time when the NHS is increasingly relying on overseas-trained nurses to fill long-running staff shortages.

Analysis suggests international nurse recruits, from nations like India, Nigeria, and the Philippines, accounted for two-thirds of all new nurses in the UK in recent years.

The latest data, published in May, found that about half of new nurses registering in the UK in 2022/23 were originally trained overseas.

And a rule change enacted last year means those who fail their English language test to come work in the UK could still get a job as long as their employer vouches for their English, a move criticised by patient safety campaigners.

They warned that good communication is vital for patient safety and there was a risk some UK health and care employers desperate for staff could be tempted to vouch for workers English skills to shore up their staff numbers.

Some campaigners have now called for the RCN slang guide to be formally adopted by the NHS as an induction tool for overseas-trained medics to help break down potential communication barriers with patients.

Speaking about the launch of the RCN guide, one nurse, Adekola, described how he was left confused when a patient told him she was feeling sick.

I was confused, because in my mind I was like “come on, I know you are sick, that’s why you are here”,’ he said.

It was only when he saw a colleague reach for a sick bowl that he realised the phrase meant that a patient may be about to vomit.

An RCN spokesperson said: ‘People all over the world use figurative expressions to describe their circumstances and emotions.

‘Often, the words used in these expressions don’t appear to have any connection to what they’re describing.

‘If you were raised and educated in a different country, you may find these expressions to be an additional obstacle when assessing a patient’s health and well-being.

‘The aim of the guide is to help you feel more confident when having important conversations with the people you care for.’
