Despite Massive Backlash and Resistance, LAPD Implements Robot Police Dogs

Several US cities have faced a backlash for seeking to adopt the “dystopian” and “creepy” technology.

(RT) — The Los Angeles city council has authorized the use of a robotic “dog” device by the local police department, despite protests from residents and some dissenting council members. New York previously unveiled similar tech and faced major public backlash.

City lawmakers voted 8-4 on Tuesday to approve a donation of a “Quadruped Unmanned Ground Vehicle” to the LAPD from the non-profit Los Angeles Police Foundation, which supplied the $277,000-robot to the force free of charge.

Designed and manufactured by Boston Dynamics, the robotic dog is capable of navigating terrain and buildings autonomously, and can be equipped with a wide range of surveillance gear, sensors and other “payloads.” For police, it is generally intended for use in dangerous situations that could put officers at risk, acting as an extra set of eyes and ears for the department.

However, the new addition to the LAPD faced sharp criticism from residents, with several citizens slamming the council’s decision during public comments on Tuesday. One local said “I don’t want to arm [artificial intelligence],” while another declared that the use of the robot would eventually lead to “robot cops,” asking “Didn’t you guys see that movie iRobot or Terminator?”

Yet another citizen said the city council’s public comment period was “clearly performative,” accusing local lawmakers of ignoring the wishes of their constituents.

“After listening to overwhelming public comments, you vote the opposite way. New York City and San Francisco have already rejected these robot dogs. The LAPD does not need military weapons,” they said.

New York’s decision in 2020 to employ the robotic dog, which the NYPD dubbed ‘Digidog,’ proved equally controversial, with the city cutting short its first contract to lease the device after New Yorkers decried the tech as Orwellian. However, officials later reversed course and returned the dog to the force last month, with police commissioner Keechant Sewell stating it would be used in a way that is “transparent, consistent and always done in close collaboration with the people we serve.”

San Francisco even considered allowing its police department to use robots for deadly force in the case of emergencies, but later voted down that policy following public outcry.

LA councilman Hugo Soto-Martinez was among the lawmakers to vote against the decision, arguing this “item is being painted as merely an acceptance of a donation, but it really represents an expansion of the current boundaries around policing and surveillance.”

People’s Brains and Bodies Are Not Protected Against Attacks by Electromagnetic Waves and Neurotechnologies

Man with a headache – Stroke -3D Illustration

The sixth generation of cell phone telephony plans to connect human brains to the internet.

Samuel Koslov, a leading personality of American Navy’s project Pandora and researcher at the John Hopkins University, in his closing speech at the conference on Nonlinear Electrodynamics in Biological Systems in 1983, said that the conference had proven that the external electric fields can ”become a key to cellular control … The implications, social, economic, and even military are enormous… it may be more significant to the nation than the prospects that faced the physics community in 1939 when the long-time predicted fissionability of the nucleus was actually demonstrated“. People do not really know what he was talking about until today, since much of it is classified and used in weapons research.

The human body is full of electrical and electromagnetic events and therefore can be controlled by electromagnetic radiation, which can have benign as well as harmful effects on its states. It may control even such events as is cell division or activity of neurons, as well as synchronized activity of masses of neurons in the brain and in this way produce “artificial“ activity of the human nervous system.

In 2021 the International Bioethics Committee (IBC) of UNESCO wrote: „External tools that may interfere with our decisions can call into question, or even challenge, an individual’s free will, and consequently an individual’s responsibilities. In this way, neurotechnology could affect freedom of thought, decision-making and action. Taken together, these could have a profound impact on justice systems and social organizations” (pg. 36). At the end of the article IBC encourages its member states „to guarantee neurorights of their citizens” (pg.38).

The activity of human brains and bodies can be manipulated by electromagnetic waves, since electric currents are key factors of neural and muscle activity. As early as 1962 sounds were produced in human brains by microwaves pulsed in the frequencies of the nervous activity of the human auditory systems. In 2007, the Washington Post wrote about a declassified experiment:

“In October 1994 at the Air Force laboratory… scientists were able to transmit sentences into the heads of human subjects, albeit with marginal intelligibility”.

In 2020, the American Academy of Sciences wrote in the report on attacks of American diplomats in Cuba and China, well known as the Havana syndrome, that the most likely cause of their problems was directed pulsed radio frequency waves. It is well known that these attacks are accompanied by artificially produced acoustic hallucinations. Those events suggest that pulsed microwaves are already being used as a weapon today. As a matter of fact, if human speech is converted into ultrasound and then into pulsed microwaves or extra- long electromagnetic waves, a human being will perceive them as his own thoughts, since it will not hear it.

On October 7, 2022, twenty three countries signed a document requiring “the Advisory Committee of the Human Rights Council (of the United Nations Organization) to prepare a study… on the impact, opportunities and challenges of neurotechnology with regard to the promotion and protection of all human rights”. They made that request:

Bearing in mind that neurotechnology allows the connecting of the human brain directly to digital networks through devices and procedures that may be used, among other things, to access, monitor and manipulate the neural system of the person”.

In September 2021, the Chilean Parliament documented this danger by approving a law guaranteeing Chilean citizens the rights to personal identity, free will and mental privacy. Major world media did not report on this event, thus proving that technologies enabling remote control of human brains are still classified.

Evidently it is now an urgent task for the world governments to follow the Chilean example and prove that they are not planning to transform their states into totalitarian states where the elite turn citizens into bio-robots, controlled by supercomputers. There are thousands of people worldwide, who complain about being exposed to experiments, which test capability of neurotechnological devices to deprive people of their freedom of thought at distance and cause them pains by electromagnetic waves.

‘Aliens have been on Earth for a long time and are still here’: Stanford University professor claims there are experts working on reverse engineering crashed UFOs

A professor at Stanford University claims that aliens have been on planet Earth and are ‘still here,’ as he says experts are working on reverse engineering UFOs that have crash landed.

Dr. Garry Nolan spoke at a conference in Manhattan last week titled ‘The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs.’

Nolan, an immunologist and Nobel Prize nominee was previously commissioned by the CIA to investigate cases of the mysterious Havana Syndrome inflicting embassy officials worldwide, and has conducted experiments analyzing material allegedly jettisoned in UFO flyovers.

He was asked by host Alex Klokus to assign a level of probability to the idea the aliens have been to our planet.

Nolan told Klokus that possibility was ‘100 percent’ and claims that we have probably seen them before, but similar to South American tribes spotting Spanish ships for the first time, we didn’t notice anything different about them.

Utah Target Evacuated After Trans Extremists Threaten to Bomb Multiple Store Locations for Removing LGBT Merch

A Utah Target was evacuated on Friday after multiple store locations received bomb threats from LGBTQ advocates, according to reports.

A bomb squad and K9 unit were called to a Target in Layton, Utah after two local news stations received threatening emails targeting stores across the state for removing the company’s “Pride” collection. Layton Police Sgt. John Ottesen said employees and customers were evacuated as a precautionary measure but no credible threats were found, and the threats were sent by a “bogus email address.”

Update:

Yesterday it was reported that Target stores in Ohio received multiple bomb threats. Initially, it was suspected the threats came from someone upset about the Pride display, but new details show it was actually an LGBTQ+ ally who said the bomb threats would continue… pic.twitter.com/N8kv8v7R0s

Cult-Owned Newsom Blasts Target CEO ‘Sell-Out’, Claims Nationwide ‘Systematic Attack’ On LGBTQ People Imminent

Target executives, embracing “woke” capitalism, were completely oblivious, or maybe just ignorant, to the “Bud Light moment.” After Bud Light pulled the plug on advertisements with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney because of damaging boycotts by conservative beer drinkers, the trans community launched a boycott of their own because the brewer abandoned Mulvaney. A similar situation is unfolding with Target as Democrats are furious with the retailer’s move to remove LGBTQ products from storefronts.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a diehard progressive, tweeted this week, “CEO of Target Brian Cornell selling out the LGBTQ+ community to extremists is a real profile in courage.”

Newsom appears furious with Cornell’s directive to a number of US stores to remove LGBT-themed products ahead of June Pride month. A Target insider told Fox News swimsuits for transgender people to gender-fluid coffee mugs, as well as many other LGBTQ+ products were either removed from the storefront or shifted to the back of stores to mitigate consumer boycotts.

“This isn’t just a couple of stores in the South. There is a systematic attack on the gay community happening across the country,” the governor said.

County Commissioners Unanimously Pass Resolution Against Offshore Wind Projects Due to Est. $1.1B in Lost Tourism Revenue from Development

Cape May County Commissioners have unanimously passed a resolution opposed to offshore wind projects and vow to continue to fight the installation of wind mills off the coast.

A report supporting the resolution claims the windmills will cost Cape May County more than $1.1 billion in lost tourism revenue and will have a devastating impact on food service, hospitality, retail, rental housing and other segments of the local economy.

Wind developer Orsted, the report claims, has admitted 15% of tourists will not return to Cape May once its windmill project is completed and that its turbines will be visible from every beach in Cape May County.

Cape May County Board of Commissioners Director Len Desiderio said in a statement that the county had been trying to work with Orsted to try and mitigate the negative impacts of the Ocean Wind One offshore wind generation facilities project, but “as time went by, it became clear that Orsted was not interested in finding any compromise.”

“It is clear to us now that the approach among this foreign corporation and their partners in the state and federal governments is to build these things as fast as they can despite the potential for devastating environmental and economic impacts, ” Desiderio said.

Cape May County has hired a Virginia environmental law firm and former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Michael J. Donohue as Special Counsel in preparation for legal action against Orsted and state and local government agencies.
